Missed my run yesterday, so did it today. Decided to do it during the day, realized that day time is way to hot for me. Went back to a run closer to the beginning, to work on running in the heat. Also realized that I really don’t like running. I am only doing it so I don’t slow Sean down during the Mud Factor. Probably won’t do it for regular exercise. Love the Zumba, and Bootcamp makes me feel like I accomplish something, but running won’t be in my top exercises.
