Zumba with Zule today! Not the only one in the class this time! YAY! Made it through the class & after each song, she stopped to give tips on the steps we had trouble getting the hang of. Good workout!
C25K was killer! 5 minute warmup, then 90 second run, 90 second walk, 3 minute run, 3 minute walk, repeat, then 5 minute cooldown. I did it!! 3 minutes straight running, very, very slowly, but running! I wasn’t sure I would be able to do it because the first 90 second run was tough, I was fighting to finish it, but I did the whole workout. My knees are starting to hurt though ☹
