Well, I turned 60 yesterday. I had a good day, saw some new friends, heard from some old friends. No drama, and that was fabulous! Work got me potted purple daisies. They are beautiful 🙂 Rob picked me up some coconut cake. YUM!!
I’m trying to expand my imagination. I had an idea for Halloween decorations. I’m going to try to make small coffins. Possibly using foam, possibly wood. I need to try to do more with wood. I haven’t done anything with it since my 8th grade shop class. If I use a thin wood, I may be able to use my knives or other tools that I already have. If I can find them. Rob likes to keep all the tools together, and I can’t get to them easily. I have to plan ahead and I’m really bad about that. Spontaneity is my normal way to do stuff. :))
My last post was read by my husband. He wasn’t happy about me saying he sucked during our ballroom dance classes. I’m going to start censoring my posts to some extent 🙁
Esther J and I met at a local park Sunday. I walked up there and watched her outdoor yoga class. I really hate yoga, so I passed on participating. It didn’t look too yoga-ish. Later she told me it was pilates. I do enjoy pilates, so I will join in next time. We went to a small street fair in that area. All in all a fun day.
