Eduardo has decided to add multiple runs into the bootcamp. I apologize to the others, because I know that he is doing it to help me with the Mud Factor. He really wants me to get my stamina better for this, but it is killing me. I can’t keep up, then I don’t get as much of the weight workout because they have already started by the time I get back to The Gym. I think I’m going to stop my Monday & Wednesday night runs since I am also running on Tuesday & Thursday with Eduardo. I’ll still do Saturday or Sunday on my own.
