Zumba with Zule was great! She didn’t make it last week, so I didn’t feel so bad about being to sick to come. Even with the lack of aerobics last week, I made it through the class & felt great!
Running…I started the week 4 of C25K. 5 minute warm up walk, 3 minutes of running, 90 seconds walking, 5 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 3 minutes running, 90 seconds walking, 5 minutes running, 5 minute cool down walk. I did it! I managed to do all the running things!
