Eduardo is exhausting! He just has so much energy, he is amazing!
I think that I need to add some weight training on Saturdays. I am always so sore after Eduardo, especially on Tuesdays. I feel that I am losing progress by only using weights 2 days a week, Tuesday & Thursday. I only do Zumba & running from Friday through Monday, then Tuesday start weights again.
I have an appointment with Eduardo on Friday to talk about this and work something out.
