Just me and Eduardo again.
We used the giant ball to do some of the exercises. It scares me, because I fell off the one I used at home years and years ago, I fell directly on my elbow onto our hard wood floor. I had a bruise around my elbow, halfway down my forearm & halfway up my upper arm for a couple of months. Scary stuff, I got rid of that ball!!
Used the TRX bands, which are also scary. They hang from the walls, and you use them to do all kinds of exercises. They are not stable! They move while you are using them! Complicated.
I managed to do all the exercises, but it was hard work, especially since my vertigo kicked in with all the up and down stuff 🙁
After bootcamp, I was talking to Kimberly about doing the meditation part of her yoga class, and we realized it was time for her class to start, but no one was there! She asked if I wanted to do her primal yoga class & I asked if she would do a stretching class with me. I got a stretching class!! I felt pretty good afterwards, I might have to work on that.
