Everyone is getting ready for the hurricane. The outdoor Zumba event at The Gym was cancelled, and they are closed for the next 2 days. No Zumba with Zule on Monday, and no bootcamp with Eduardo Tuesday 🙁 I don’t feel any aches and pains from filling the sand bags! Exercises must be working!

Appointment with dentist today. I have 2 teeth next to each other that are problematic, no wonder it hurt so bad! I was given the choice of having them both pulled today, or getting a root canal then crowns to replace the teeth. Had them pulled, who has the money for all that other stuff?…

I am just really tired, but so happy that July is over. July was just a really hard month for me, I’m not sure why, but other than my dad & Kay visiting, everything seemed harder mentally, emotionally, and physically. Here is to a great August!

Really bad day 🙁 I had a migraine that was making me sick to my stomach, so I had to call Jonathan I. to come in early to work because I had to go home. I went home and straight to bed. Didn’t Zumba, didn’t run, nothing. Tomorrow will be better!

Someone broke a water main today, we may lose water completely for 24-36 hours. They managed to fix something so we won’t lose water, but we are on a boil alert until at least Sunday. Living in paradise has its occasional obstacles
