I’ve been experimenting with ways to keep my excess material out of the way while I work on another section. When I was using a scroll frame, I just rolled it up, but using a hoop, I have been using clothespins. Not sure I like them, I get my thread caught on it while stitching, and it doesn’t look very nice. I know, what it looks like shouldn’t matter. My Aunt Sharon was using the big paper clamps, but I don’t want to use metal in case it stains the fabric. Any ideas?
