Going to play disc golf today. Get some walking in, work my arm & have some fun!!

Talked to Sean, he is excited and has already signed up to do the Mud Factor with me!! He is so encouraging, he always tells me that I’ve got this, tells me I’m looking good, etc.
Disc Golf didn’t work out as planned. Jonathan I, another work friend, & I got distracted by a rope jungle gym. We had fun climbing around on it. I have a fear of falling, but I don’t really mind heights, just falling from them. Well, that makes it really difficult to climb back down! No problem going up, felt good, but down was very awkward. I climbed around to a few different places that looked like they would be an easy way down…I was wrong. I ended up losing my grip on one of the ropes & started to fall. Jonathan caught me, he is my hero!! This is the second time he has kept me from injuring myself when I fall. So very thankful he has been there. After that, we decided we should go back to the golfing. We did another hole, and it started raining. We tried to keep going, but the rain became a downpour, so we went home.
When I went to work, Cherie & I did our workout. We added one lap of running and 1 of walking backwards. After she left, I did 5 more laps of running.
Need to work on grip strength and fear of falling. I have a set of squeeze balls somewhere, I need to dig those out.
