Missed my kickboxing yesterday, I had to work 🙁
Ended up taking the day off from exercise because my back has been killing me lately. I’m feeling somewhat better, but it still aches. Hopefully it will keep getting stronger and quit hurting!
Been doing my Beachbody 21 Day Fix. Finished the first week, and started the second week. The exercises this week are still 1 minute long, but the first 30 seconds are the same as last week, and the second 30 seconds have a little extra move added to them. For example, mountain climbers for the first 30 seconds, then for the last 30 seconds, move your knee toward the opposite elbow. Just a little twist to make them more challenging. I’m wondering what they’ll add next week!
