OK, I was right. I need to learn how to schedule my workouts and runs better, and need to keep doing them even when other things are going on. I didn’t do any workouts while Dad & Kay were here, and didn’t do any the weekend after either ☹
I went back to The Gym today and did my Zumba. Did OK, tired, but I really didn’t feel that I had lost any progress!
Did my run, but went back to the last week of C25K, and it was decent. Felt a little worse than last time, but not too bad
