I did it!! I went to the Mud Factor and I did all the obstacles! I didn’t go around one, and only need a little help on one. I had a goal to complete all the obstacles. I am so proud of myself. I had so much fun that I am going to do another one 🙂 This helped me figure out what I need to work on for next time…upper body strength. I managed to hit my 1200 mile mark for the year, too!
I need to thank The Gym & the people that work there. Rosie manning the desk & encouraging me, Zumba instructors Zule & Kimberly helping me build the stamina to make it through, & Eduardo with his bootcamp teaching me that nothing is impossible.
By doing this, I found that I do have what it takes to do what I want to do. I can get through whatever I need to do.
