I started doing P90X again today. It was a good first workout, but I didn’t do the ab part yet. I’ll do it this evening. The main workout is an hour long and I’m doing it before work, so the extra 16 minutes is the difference between getting up at 6 instead of 6:30. My time management needs some work, but I don’t get to be until later because I spend time with hubby after work. I can do my crafting while spending time with him, but I can’t do a workout! 🙂
Anyway, the chest & back workout went well, and I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow for plyometrics.
