I’ve signed up for 2 more mudruns. The next Terrain Race is on March 12, and the Muddy Dash is on October 1, both next year. If we are on the road by then, we can just come back for it 🙂
I have 5 months until the Terrain Race in March, so I need to hit the workouts harder to increase my upper body strength, and increase my stamina. I started doing P90 again for the strength portion, and I guess I’m going to try running again for the stamina 🙁
